Life source Kung Pao Chicken Yields 4-6 servings 1 Pound free range chicken breast 1 ½ Cup raw cashews, diced 5 Organic red chilies 1 Organic red bell pepper cut julienne 2 Tablespoons brags liquid aminos Stevia to taste 1 Tablespoon garlic paste 1 Teaspoon grated ginger 1 Tablespoon sesame oil 2 Tablespoons rice wine 1 Tablespoon honey (optional) Sea salt to taste | *Add one tablespoon of sesame oil to your wok, when hot add diced chicken. When chicken is cooked set aside for later, this should take 3 to 4 minutes. Add the remainder sesame oil to your wok and add the red bell pepper, ginger, and garlic. Cook it until you can smell their aroma. Add the chilies and cook for 10-15 seconds. Add sea salt, stevia, honey (if using), and your rice wine. Cook for another 20 seconds. Add your chicken back to the wok, and cook briefly until all is incorporated. Add your cashews and mix well. This is can be served on top of my cauliflower rice. |
