Jicama salad slaw



Jicama Salad Slaw
Yields-4-6 servings
1/2 Organic jicama, cut julienne                                        
1 Cucumber organic, cut julienne                         
1 Red bell pepper organic, cut julienne               
1 Yellow bell pepper organic, cut julienne          
1 Green bell pepper organic, cut julienne          
½ Red onion organic, sliced                                   
3 Granny smith apples, organic cut julienne      
½ Bunch organic cilantro minced                             
2 Oranges, organic diced
Dressing
1 ½ Cups organic yogurt
1 Lemon organic, juiced
2 Orange, juiced
Stevia to taste
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
Honey raw organic 3 tablespoon (optional)
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste


*For the dressing toss ingredients in bowl of blender, blend until everything is combined. Season to taste and toss the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well with the dressing. Enjoy!!
