Rocko's cajun salmon "pasta"

Rocky’s Cajun Salmon Alfredo Pasta
Yields-4-6 servings
1 Large pacific salmon fillet, large dice                
2 Cups broccoli, organic, rough chop                  
1 Box mushrooms, organic, sliced                        
1 Cup cherry tomatoes, organic, diced                
Zucchini noodles, see recipe                         
½ can organic coconut milk                                          
1 Cup parmesan cheese, raw                       
2 Tablespoons,coconut oil                                
4 Tablespoons butter unsalted, organic                           
 Cajun seasoning                                   
 2 teaspoons cayenne                                      
2 teaspoons chili powder                                           
3 teaspoons garlic powder                                      
To taste sea salt                                                     
To taste black pepper
3 Teaspoons smoked paprika                                            .
            
 *Heat coconut oil in a large sauté pan, sear salmon until cooked through, set aside. Add veggies to the same pan, sauté until tender. Bring salmon back to pan, and add butter and coconut milk. Allow sauce to thicken on medium high heat. Add the parmesan cheese and the Cajun seasoning. Serve mixture on top of zucchini noodles and enjoy!
