Cauliflower Rice



Cauliflower rice
Yields 6-8 servings
 1 head organic cauliflower
 Sea salt to taste
 White pepper to taste
 2 Tablespoons organic butter
(optional)


*Use the large holes on your cheese grater to grate the cauliflower into small pieces, or the attachment of your food processor. In a medium size sauce pot add cauliflower, butter, salt, and pepper.  Allow cauliflower to simmer until color forms and tender.
